Old stone farmhouse with pool and
amazing views over the Tiber Valley, the
rolling hills of Umbria and in the summer surrounded by fields of sunflowers.
Quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by nature (in no-hunting zone and near
the WWF Oasis of Alviano) and a few minutes drive from the medieval village of
Lugnano inserted in the club "The most beautiful villages in Italy".
The property is surrounded by fruit trees, fruit jam that we use to pack and
prepare sweets for breakfast and olive trees from which we produce our extra
virgin olive oil.
Italian breakfast with juice, butter, various jams and sweets prepared by us,
bread baked in the oven, seasonal fruit from our trees and of course coffee or
tea is served on the porch in summer and winter in the lounge with fireplace or
in the room upstairs.
We have 3 elegantly decorated rooms, located on the 2nd floor accessed via an
internal staircase, all have separate entrance, private bathroom with shower,
fan, hairdryer. Possibility of rooms 3 and 4 beds.
